TI6AL4V Titanium straight pipe are tubes made of titanium alloys.
TI6AL4V Titanium straight pipe can be classified into three types according to their micro-structure: Add aluminium and tin elements to titanium. Alloying elements such as aluminum, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium are added to titanium. Add elements such as aluminium and vanadium to titanium. They have high mechanical properties, excellent stamping performance, and can be welded in various forms.
The strength of the welded joint can reach 90% of the strength of the base metal, and they also have good machinability. Titanium tubes have high corrosion resistance to chlorides, sulfides and ammonia. Titanium has a higher corrosion resistance in seawater than aluminum alloys, stainless steel and nickel-based alloys. The impurity content of the purest titanium iodide does not exceed 0.1%, but it has low strength and high plasticity. The properties of 99.5% industrial pure titanium are as follows: density ρ=4.5g/ cubic centimeter, melting point 1725℃, thermal conductivity λ=15.24W/(m.K), tensile strength σb=539MPa, elongationδ=25%, reduction of area ψ=25%, elastic modulus E=1.078×105MPa, and hardness is HB195.

Classification of Titanium Alloy Pipes
By organization:
1.Add aluminium and tin elements to titanium.
2.Add alloying elements such as aluminium, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium to titanium.
3.Add aluminium and vanadium elements to titanium. Titanium alloys feature high strength, low density, good mechanical properties, and excellent toughness and corrosion resistance. In addition, titanium alloys have poor technological properties and are difficult to machine. In hot working, it is very easy to absorb impurities such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and carbon. It also has poor wear resistance and a complex production process.
