Appearance and Texture: Unique, Natural Crystalline Patterns
1. Naturally Formed Crystalline Patterns (No Artificial Engraving)
Through precise temperature control, the β-phase grains of the titanium alloy are encouraged to grow naturally, creating a surface texture reminiscent of scattered snowflakes or cracked ice. The depth and distribution of these patterns are determined entirely by the high-temperature crystallization process; as a result, no two pieces are identical, making each item a unique, collectible work.
2. Controllable Pattern Scale with a Refined Feel
The heat-treatment process can be adjusted to produce either fine, "cracked-ice" patterns or larger, "snowflake-like" crystalline motifs. The grain boundaries possess a three-dimensional, layered quality, and after acid-etching, they exhibit a distinct contrast between light and dark, resulting in a sophisticated, matte, and authentic texture.
3. Striking Anodized Coloring
The textured, relief-like surface is ideal for vibrant, gradient color finishes. Hues such as blue, purple, gold, cyan, or rainbow-like transitions adhere evenly within the crevices of the crystalline structure, creating a translucent, multi-layered visual effect. The color is derived from the titanium's own oxide layer-there is no paint or plating, so it will not peel or flake off.
4. Two Available Base Finishes
Choose between a natural, acid-etched finish (a matte, silvery-white crystalline look) or a vivid, anodized finish-perfect for both minimalist and "affordable luxury" design styles.
II. Physical Properties: Lightweight, High-Strength, and Scratch-Resistant
1. Lightweight with a High Strength-to-Weight Ratio
Titanium has a significantly lower density than steel or copper, making it exceptionally lightweight and comfortable to hold. The crystallization heat-treatment process enhances surface hardness, providing superior wear resistance compared to standard polished titanium-ensuring the material remains resistant to visible scratches from everyday bumps.
2. Non-Magnetic Material
As a non-magnetic metal, it is ideal for use in watchmaking and precision electronic components, as it will not magnetize movements or interfere with delicate internal mechanisms.
3. Exceptional Corrosion Resistance
Titanium is inherently resistant to corrosion from seawater, sweat, acids, alkalis, and salt spray. It will not oxidize, darken, or develop spots, even when worn against the skin for long periods or used in coastal/outdoor environments. It outperforms stainless steel, remaining unaffected by daily exposure to water or perspiration.
4. Stable performance with excellent temperature resistance
The high-temperature crystallization process stabilizes the the metallographic structure, ensuring resistance to deformation under fluctuating thermal conditions. It offers superior thermal stability compared to conventional sandblasted or brushed titanium finishes.
