Premium Nickel Seamless Tube

Premium nickel seamless tubes are made of high-purity nickel (Ni≥99.6%) as the core material. They have excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability and processing performance, and are widely used in harsh environments such as chemical industry, nuclear power, and marine engineering.

The mainstream materials are Ni200 and Ni201 industrial pure nickel. They are weld-free pure nickel pipes made by vacuum melting and forging billets through cold rolling/cold drawing seamless process. Unlike welded nickel pipes, they have a uniform overall metallographic structure, no welding defects, and excellent pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.

Chemical Composition

Nickel 200: Ni + Co ≥ 99.6%, impurities (Fe, Cu, C, etc.) are strictly controlled to trace amounts (e.g., C ≤ 0.02%), low-carbon design avoids high-temperature graphitization.

Nickel 201: Higher purity (Ni + Co ≥ 99.9%), suitable for extremely corrosive environments.

Mechanical Properties

Annealed State: Tensile strength ≥ 380 MPa, yield strength ≥ 105 MPa, elongation ≥ 40%, excellent plasticity.

Cold-Worked State: Strength can be increased to over 700 MPa, but intermediate annealing is required to restore plasticity.

Corrosion Resistance

Excellent performance in caustic alkalis (such as NaOH), reducing acids (dilute hydrochloric acid), and high-temperature halogens, but poor performance in oxidizing acids (nitric acid).

Wall Thickness: 0.5mm～20mm Thin-walled, medium-thick-walled, and thick-walled high-pressure tubes are all customizable

Length: Standard lengths 1000mm, 2000mm, 3000mm, 6000mm; can be cut to customer specifications

Tolerances: High-precision outer diameter tolerance ±0.05mm; controllable wall thickness ±0.1mm

Acid-etched matte finish, bright annealed finish, finely ground mirror finish, internal and external polishing
