Grade 2 Titanium Round Ground Bar 50mm diameter(ASTM Grade 2, UNS R50400) is the most widely used and highest-volume grade among industrial pure titanium grades, and is hailed as the "all-around workhorse" of the pure titanium family. Thanks to its excellent corrosion resistance, good balance of strength and ductility, outstanding weldability, and lightweight yet high-strength characteristics, it has become an indispensable base material in fields such as chemical engineering, marine engineering, medical applications, and aerospace.
The 50 mm diameter (Φ50 mm) falls within the medium-to-large range for round bars and is suitable for applications with high requirements for strength and dimensional stability, such as structural component machining, flange blanks, valve body parts, and heat exchanger tube sheets. The product is available in accordance with the ASTM B348/B348M standard and supports cut-to-length and custom machining.

PS: Among these, oxygen content is the key variable determining the mechanical properties of GR2-oxygen is a strong stabilizer of the α phase and a solid-solution strengthening element. GR2 raises the upper limit for oxygen to 0.25%, resulting in a strength increase of approximately 80–100 MPa compared to GR1 (≤0.18%), while retaining sufficient ductility. Hydrogen content is strictly limited to less than 0.015% to prevent hydrogen embrittlement fracture.

- Advantages of the 50 mm Size: As a medium-to-large-sized bar, it is suitable for direct turning of shaft components, flange blanks, and fastener blanks, thereby reducing material waste.
