Application scenarios:

● Aerospace ‌

Grade 9 Seamless tubes are preferred to ensure high pressure sealing of hydraulic/fuel lines. Cold-drawn tubes with outer diameter ≤65mm and wall thickness ≥1.5mm are recommended ‌.

● Bicycles/sports equipment ‌

For lightweight scenarios such as trekking poles and frames, use seamless tubes with outer diameter of 16-25mm and wall thickness of 0.8-1.2mm, note that weld seams should be ground smooth without cracks ‌.

● Chemical equipment ‌

For acid and alkali corrosion resistance scenarios, it is recommended to choose annealed tubing, surface polishing treatment to reduce medium adhesion risk ‌.
