Aerospace and medical-grade titanium alloy rods are solid rods made from high-purity sponge titanium as a base, combined with a precise ratio of aluminum and vanadium alloys, and manufactured through multi-stage vacuum melting, multi-directional forging, precision rolling, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing. They are categorized into three main types: aerospace industrial grade Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V), permanent implant medical grade Gr23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI ultra-low gap), and pure titanium Gr1/Gr2 medical rods. Customization of high-end aerospace titanium alloy rods such as TC11 and Ti80 is also available.
