Gr12 Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni titanium bars is a titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni), corresponding to the American grade Gr.12, and conforms to standards such as ASTM B348. It has a titanium content of up to 99.7%, a density of approximately 4.5 g/cm³, a wide operating temperature range (-253℃ to 600℃), a tensile strength ≥485 MPa, and an elongation exceeding 18%. By adding molybdenum and nickel, its corrosion resistance in chloride and acidic environments is significantly superior to pure titanium, making it particularly suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, or highly corrosive environments.
