Nickel 200 is a nickel-based alloy with high purity (nickel content ≥ 99%) and excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance. It is widely used in chemical equipment, electronic instrument parts and other fields.
Nickel 200 is a pure commercial nickel material with a purity of 99.6%, which has excellent mechanical properties, high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, as well as low gas content and low vapor pressure. The material has excellent corrosion resistance to alkaline and neutral solutions of carbon oxides and salts and fatty acids, and is particularly outstanding in reducing media. Its applications include industrial sodium hydroxide equipment manufacturing, food processing, salt refining, mining and marine mining under high temperature conditions.
In addition, Nickel 200 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in caustic alkaline environments (such as ion membrane caustic soda process).

High thermal and electrical conductivity make it suitable for electrical and electronic components. Low gas content and vapor pressure make it suitable for high vacuum environments.
