Our Slit Grade 2 Cold Rolled Titanium Plate Strip for Industry is manufactured from high-purity commercial pure titanium (Grade 1, Grade 2) through precision cold rolling and slitting processes, delivering tight dimensional tolerance, excellent surface quality and uniform mechanical properties.
Combining the inherent corrosion resistance, lightweight and biocompatibility of pure titanium with the high precision of cold working technology, this titanium flat strip is widely used in chemical processing, marine engineering, medical devices, electronics and aerospace industries. We supply standard sizes and fully custom dimensions to meet diverse application requirements, with all products compliant with ASTM B265 and other international material standards.
Products conditions
- Material: Commercially pure titanium Grade 2 (UNS R50400)
- Process: Hot rolled coil base, cold rolled to final gauge, vacuum annealed (pickled surface), edge trimmed and slit to width
- Surface: Bright annealed (BA) or pickled (SBA), free of scale, cracks and rolling defects
- Condition: Annealed, stress relieved; hardness typically 160–200 HV
- Density: 4.51 g/cm³ - roughly 40% lighter than stainless steel
- Certification: EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate with every shipment

We mainly supply two commercial pure titanium grades for cold rolled strips, covering most industrial demands:
1. Titanium Grade 1: The softest pure titanium grade with maximum ductility and formability. Ideal for deep drawing, complex bending and forming processes.
2. Titanium Grade 2: The most widely used general-purpose pure titanium. It features balanced strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good formability, suitable for most industrial and corrosion-resistant scenarios.
