Dental Implant Titanium Bars

Chemical composition of the dental implant titanium bars complies with the provisions of the corresponding grade in ASTM F67,ASTM F136. The Hydrogen content in pure titanium, Gr5 and TI6AL4V ELI should not exceed 0.010%. When buyer conducts a re-inspection, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.2.

Transverse low magnification of medical titanium rods and medical titanium alloy rods shall not have cracks, pores, metallic or non-metallic inclusions and other visually visible defects. The transverse micro-structure of annealed pure titanium rods shall be uniform, and the grain size shall not be coarser than grade 5. The high magnification structure of medical titanium alloy rods in the annealed state shall comply with A1 to A9.
