Titanium Damascus CNC milling parts, commonly abbreviated as "Titanium Damascus" and often written in English as "Mokuti" or "TiMoku," is a composite titanium alloy material created by repeatedly layering, forge-welding, twisting, and folding two or more types of titanium alloys (typically industrial-grade pure titanium CP and Ti-6Al-4V/GR5) according to the forging principles of Damascus steel. Titanium Damascus typically has between 50 and 300 layers; the more layers there are, the finer the pattern and the richer the texture.
Titanium Damascus is a product of modern craftsmanship, first created in 2001; essentially, it is "Damascus steel made with titanium alloys instead of steel." Its pattern is not applied through surface treatment but is forged deep into the material itself-no matter which cross-section is cut, the pattern runs through the entire thickness.

Main Production Process Flow
1. Blank Preparation: Select titanium alloy sheets or bars of two different grades and arrange them in layers.
2. Vacuum Encapsulation: Seal the assembly in a metal casing and evacuate the air to prevent high-temperature oxidation.
3. High-Temperature Forge Welding: Under high temperature and pressure, the atoms of the multi-layered titanium alloys undergo metallurgical bonding, fusing into a single entity.
4. Twist Forging / Roll Forging: Forging with torsional force to create custom patterns such as wave patterns, straight lines, mosaic patterns, and woven patterns
5. Blang Cutting: Cutting the forged blank into titanium horse bars, titanium horse plates, and titanium horse discs
6. CNC Precision Machining: Turning, milling, drilling, and engraving to machine finished parts according to drawings
7. Post-processing: Grinding, polishing, acid washing, anodizing / thermal bluing (available in blue, purple, gold, and rainbow gradient effects)

Since different titanium alloys produce varying colors when oxidized at the same temperature, unique color patterns naturally emerge after the coloring process-this is Titanium Horse's most striking visual selling point.
