Titanium thin sheet for heat exchanger is belongs to pure titanium, mostly are Grade 1 and Grade 2.
The detachable plate heat exchanger is made up of many heat exchange plates (thin metal plates with corrugated grooves punched out), which are sealed around the edges at certain intervals with sealing gaskets and then tightened with clamping bolts. The holes at the corners form continuous channels. The medium enters the channel from the inlet and is distributed into the flow channels between the heat exchange plates. Each plate has a sealing gasket, and the plates are alternately placed. Two fluids enter their respective channels separately and are separated by the plates. Generally, the two media flow countercurrently in the channels. The hot medium transfers heat to the plates, and the plates then transfer the heat to the cold medium on the other side, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling the hot medium and heating the cold medium. The plates are made of titanium 1, titanium 2, and titanium 3.
