- Raw material: Choose the titanium sponge of grade 0(top grade/level)
- Melting: After three times vacuum melting processes in VAR.
- Tolerance: Can make Specialized customization on the plates' tolerance and surface condition.
- Physical Properties: For pure titanium Grade 3, thickness between 1.0mm~6.0mm, the tensile strength can be stably controlled above 520Mpa; For titanium alloy Grade 5 and Grade 23, thickness between 1.0mm~6.0mm, the metallographic rating can be stably controlled within level A1-A4.
- Flaw Detection and Inspection: 100% Ultrasonic flaw detection ensures that there are no metallurgical defects or non-metallic impurities on the surface or inside.
