• Mechanical properties and corrosion resistance: Room temperature tensile strength ≥480MPa (pure titanium) / ≥860MPa (Ti6Al4V), and corrosion resistance must meet specific operating conditions (e.g., medical grade requires passing simulated body fluid corrosion tests).

• Biocompatibility: Pure titanium and low-interstitial titanium alloys (such as Ti6Al4V ELI) are non-allergenic and non-immunogenic, and their elastic modulus is close to that of human bone tissue, making them suitable for long-term implantation.
