What is the Titanium welded nonstandard tee pipe?
The titanium welded nonstandard tee fitting is made by welding a main pipe to a branch pipe. A hole with a diameter equal to the inner diameter of the branch pipe is cut into the main pipe, and a saddle-shaped groove is cut into the end of the branch pipe where it connects to the main pipe using a saddle-shaped gas cutting machine.
The welding process uses flux-cored wire and gas-shielded arc welding. The welding torch maintains a fixed position but is oscillated at an angle. First, the branch pipe is spot-welded to the main pipe. The tee fitting is then secured using clamps and a support mechanism. By adjusting the mechanism, the tee fitting is made to move in a circular and linear motion simultaneously, following a saddle-shaped path. The welding torch then fills the welded groove.
