1. Standard Specifications
Outer Diameter (OD): Φ3 mm to Φ200 mm (small diameter), Φ200 mm and above (large diameter).
Wall Thickness (WT): 0.5 mm to 20 mm.
Length: 1000 mm to 6000 mm; can be cut to any length upon request.
Tolerances: Precision grade: OD ±0.02 mm, wall thickness ±0.05 mm; Standard grade: ±0.1–0.5 mm.

Manufacturing Process of Aerospace Ti-6Al-4V Seamless Titanium Tubing
1. Tube Blank Preparation (Two Main Methods)
Piercing and Extrusion Method (Mainstream)
Titanium ingot → Forging / Rolling → Bar stock → Heating (β phase region / α+β phase region) → Lubricated piercing and extrusion → Hollow tube blank.
Advantages: Grain refinement, dense microstructure, few defects; suitable for small-diameter, high-precision, high-performance tube blanks.
Oblique Rolling Piercing Method
Solid bar → Oblique rolling piercing → Rough tube blank; suitable for large-diameter, thick-walled tube blanks; lower cost, but slightly poorer microstructural uniformity.
2. Final Shaping (Primarily Cold Working)
Cold Rolling Method (High Precision)
Tube blank → Pickling → Lubrication → Multi-pass cold rolling (wall thinning, diameter reduction, precision control) → Vacuum annealing → Finishing.
Features: Extremely high dimensional accuracy (wall thickness tolerance ±0.05 mm), smooth surface, uniform microstructure; suitable for small-diameter precision tubes.
Cold Drawing Method (Low Cost)
Tube blank → Pickling → Cold drawing → Annealing → Finishing; suitable for large-diameter, general-precision tubes; high efficiency.
3. Heat Treatment and Post-Processing
Vacuum annealing: Eliminates internal stresses, improves ductility, stabilizes microstructure, and prevents oxidation and discoloration.
Stress-relief annealing: Enhances dimensional stability of high-strength tubing.
Finishing: Straightening, polishing, eddy current/ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic testing (1.5–2 times design pressure), acid washing and passivation.
